At Note Dashboard, security is a topmost priority. In an effort to share our values of security please review the following policies and procedures of how we handle information.
Personal information collection and use
Most of the information given to Note Dashboard in the registration process, for both Clients and Test Drivers, or at any other time is for Note Dashboard's use only. Note Dashboard is the sole owner of this information, it may be used "in-house" only and may be shared with any Note Dashboard subsidiaries or affiliates, it will not be sold, shared, or rented to other non-affiliate companies, or persons. A court order is the only way that this information can be accessed by another party or organization.
Information that is provided to Note Dashboard for the purpose of Client relations and software use that is intended for the public may be viewable via Client's website, or sub-domain of www.notedashboard.com This information is generally, but not limited to organization's email address, phone number, mailing address. In addition information such as URL and security licenses will be viewable in either direct or verifiable information form. When Client provides such information to Note Dashboard for the purposes of software instance creation and use this information is not shared by Note Dashboard directly to anyone, but is available via Clients custom website and therefore is public information.
Note Dashboard does not offer services or sell products to children and does not request or knowingly collect personally identifiable contact information from minors of any location.
Information Security
Note Dashboard takes every precaution to protect our customers' information. When customers submit sensitive information via our Web site, your information is protected using the safest and most secure methods available.
When our registration or service request forms ask customers to enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry for the Web - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our secure credit card payment form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our customers' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices and data center. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Our employees must use a secure shell (ssh) to access this information and must also be allowed access from a specific IP address within the office.
Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices to avoid security breaches through what is called, "social engineering." Important details and changes are discussed in staff meetings and email memos. Finally, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment, protected by a firewall and kept in a secure room in our data center.

Notification of changes
If we ever need to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page. Please review our Privacy Statement often so all our customers are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. Rest assured that Note Dashboard has no intention of disclosing or selling customer information in the future.
Client Data Submission
All data inputted into our software system, website, sub-domains becomes the property of Note Dashboard in no circumstance will this information be disclosed other than to our in-house staff and affiliates without court order. Each sub-domain will retain the rights to view, manage, and update information on their respective site, as long as they remain in Active Client Status. Clients will never be able to view another Clients information.
